1. What is the status of my order? 

Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll

then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

2. How long does delivery take? 

Orders usually take up to 1 working day to be processed and 95% of our orders are delivered within 2 - 6 working days. Exceptions include distant

locations* and stock availability.

3. What do I do if I face an issue with my purchase?  

In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please drop us photos of the affected area and your order number.

Our support specialists will do their best to assist you.

4. What are my payment options ? 

We accept debit card and credit card as payment. We also accept (Atome, Shopback, pace ) that splits your bill into three equal payments over 

three months.The transactions will be processed via senangPay.

6. Where do you ship to ?

We ship to both East and West Malaysia. However, we only ship to residential or commercial addresses and are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you

have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Please reach out to

our support team via the sales@rracing.co.

7. Can I change my order to a different color or model?

We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we recommend double-checking

your order at checkout. However, you can still reach out to our support team via the sales@rracing.co . We’ll do our best to assist you.

8. My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.  

9. Can my order be assembled before delivery? 

We do not ship pre-assembled products to ensure that they do not get damaged during transport.

1. How to get a warranty? 

All orders come with a 2 - year automatic warranty. 

2. How to use my warranty?
